I’m Ana Martí, a technical architect with 20 years of experience in construction project management.
Throughout my career, I have supervised and managed projects of various scales, ensuring each one is executed with maximum precision, meeting deadlines, budgets, and current regulations. I have led multidisciplinary teams, coordinating tasks and fostering effective communication among all stakeholders. Additionally, I have implemented innovative strategies to optimize resources, ensure quality, and exceed client expectations.
