How do we carry out our projects?

01.

Consulting

Initial assessment to identify needs, goals, and opportunities for optimizing resource use and reducing environmental impact.

02

Approach

Development of sustainable strategies based on current regulations, integration of efficient technologies, and detailed project planning.

03

Action

Implementation and oversight of the project to ensure quality, energy efficiency, and compliance with sustainable standards.

We adapt to your needs, whether at your home, at our facilities, or at another location that is convenient for you.

High energy efficiency and avoidance of conventional air conditioning systems.

High energy efficiency single-family home with thermal insulation

A home designed to be efficient and flexible, allowing for future expansion with an additional floor. It uses principles of passive solar architecture, optimizing orientation and thermal insulation to maintain high interior comfort without the need for conventional heating or cooling systems. Additionally, it employs materials with high thermal inertia that store heat on cloudy days. The saltwater pool offers a sustainable and healthy option, eliminating the need for chemicals and reducing water consumption, making it an eco-friendly and cost-effective solution.

Avoidance of conventional HVAC systems.

Single-family home with advanced thermal insulation

This bioclimatic home in Barrio Arroyo, Requena, seamlessly combines thermal comfort and sustainability without relying on conventional climate control systems. Designed with passive solar architecture, continuous insulation, and eco-friendly materials such as wood and cork, it maintains stable indoor temperatures—even in extreme conditions as low as -20°C. Additionally, it covers 75% of its hot water needs with solar energy and maximizes natural lighting through carefully planned sustainable design strategies.

Promotion of 30 thermal-insulated homes in Playa Puebla de Farnals

A sustainable and efficient project consisting of 2 or 3-story townhouses, with basements designed to withstand the water table level, offering an environmentally respectful and adaptive architectural model. The homes, rated with energy efficiency A, maximize the use of natural resources to minimize energy consumption thanks to their South-facing orientation, large glazed openings, comprehensive thermal insulation, and advanced joinery. The design focuses on integrating clean technologies and sustainable materials. All of this combined creates comfort and sustainability

Sustainable design and energy efficiency.

Zero-energy single-family home with thermal insulation

Two-story bioclimatic home combining sustainable design and energy efficiency. Featuring passive solar architecture, continuous thermal insulation, and high thermal inertia materials in interior spaces, it maintains stable temperatures without the need for climate control systems. Equipped with a photovoltaic installation and built using natural materials, the construction incorporates wood, lime-based finishes, and eco-friendly paints, ensuring a low environmental impact and a healthier living environment.

Thermal insulation, sustainable design, and reduction of thermal bridges.

Construction of a school and sports pavilion.

Educational and sports building designed with a focus on energy efficiency and seamless integration with its surroundings. Located on the site of the former Oloriz cinema, the project includes a school and a sports pavilion with an A-rated energy certification. Its south-facing orientation, combined with a cellular polycarbonate carpentry gallery, enables passive heat regulation. The building features comprehensive thermal insulation, minimizing thermal bridges, and incorporates aerothermal systems for enhanced efficiency. Additionally, the underground multipurpose hall is naturally illuminated through an English courtyard, while the adjacent parish has been upgraded with an exterior ceramic cladding for improved aesthetics and durability.
